Criminal Misc Anticipatory Bail

A single-judge bench of Allahabad High Court while hearing a Criminal Misc Anticipatory Bail Application filed by Jitendra Narayan Tyagi Alias Syed Waseem Rizvi rejected his anticipatory bail plea in the case of rape and robbery.
