The Allahabad High Court division bench extended the stay on the arrest of senior journalists Vineet Narayan and Rajneesh Kapoor, while hearing a Criminal Miscellaneous Writ Petition filed by Vineet Narain

A single bench of Allahabad High Court said that due to non-presentation of correct facts in the Court, on the basis of parity of bail granted to co-accused, the accused does not get the right of bail.
