Damoh

The plea of the petitioner in Madhya Pradesh High Court is that a large number of illegal hoardings exist in the city of Damoh. That the Municipal Council is not taking any effort to ensure that illegal hoardings are removed.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has sought the response of the State Government on a plea filed by Mohammed Ganja aka Hasnain Quaraishi challenging the action against him under the National Security Act (NSA).
