Supreme Court bench deferred the matter of petition by FMRAI seeking uniform code of pharmaceutical marketing practices by giving 8 weeks’ time to Centre to file its response.

The development came after the Central Government Counsel Mr. Anurag Ahluwalia urged the Delhi High Court division bench comprising Chief Justice D.N. Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh to grant him time to seek instructions on the matter.
