Jammu and Kashmir High Court while disposing of an application for grant of bail primarily on health grounds directed the Principal Government Medical College, Jammu to constitute a Medical Board for the examination , in view of the ailments being suffered by the murder accused Geeta Devi.

The Vacation Bench of Delhi High Court issued notice to the Centre and the Director-General, Border Security Force in an order to stay the operation of transfer order issued to HIV positive BSF personnel.
