A three-judge Supreme Court bench granted liberty to the petitioner father of the deceased 16-year-old brutally raped and murdered minor girl to approach the Allahabad High Court.  

The petitioner father of a 16-year-old minor girl made a written complaint to the Police Station Chhatari, Bulandshahar, U.P and alleged about the kidnapping, gang rape and thereafter murder of his minor daughter.
