Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority

Allahabad High Court division bench while hearing a petition filed by Sheela Rustagi and another directed the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority to refund the amount deposited by them to the petitioners (flat bookers) at the rate of nine percent interest.

The special Supreme Court bench has heard the matter and refused to recall 2019, orders or to revisit the issue of whether the Company i.e. “La Residentia” could be declared to be the part of the Amrapali Group of Companies.
