The Gujarat High Court has dismissed an intervention application in the suo motu contempt case against Gujarat High Court Advocates’ Association (GHAA) president Yatin Oza. The court has taken suo motu cognizance of the case as criminal contempt.
While Oza, president of the GHCAA, today said he was willing to apologise again, in front of the full court, Justice Kaul pointed out that the bench did not agree with the kind of imputations Oza had made.
