The submission of the petitioner company is that it participated in the tender issued by Madhya Pradesh Public Health Service Corporation limited for the supply of Covid 19 gloves to various government hospitals in MP. And the tender submitted by the petitioner was the lowest and its bid was accepted.

In the first writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the validity of rule 9 of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Rules 2008, on the ground that there can't be any restriction of having a practice of a minimum of 15 years as an advocate.

Today the High Court of Madhya Pradesh refused to direct the State not to register a criminal case against the petition. The Court added that it cannot pass an order restraining the police from registering a criminal case
