Allahabad High Court dismissed a petition seeking quashing of the FIR registered at Gorakhpur's Cantt Police Station against Nafisa Gang, who is charged of extortion the implicating unknown people under rape charges and under the SC/ST Act. 

Allahabad High Court division bench while hearing a petition filed by Waseem and Another refused to give relief to former CO Aale Hasan, close to former cabinet minister Azam Khan. The Court Dismissed the petition and said that the petition seeking cancellation of the FIR is not maintainable.
