Rajasthan High Court division bench disposes of a PIL filed assailing the action of the respondent NHAI in widening/constructing the existing Mandal Bypass and to direct the respondent NHAI to act in accordance with its decision dated 12.05.2021.

The Rajasthan High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) alleging that respondent authorities have constructed the building of Panchayat Bhawan Budhnagar, Panchayat Samiti Mandore on a chunk of land set apart for the school.
