Justice V Eshwaraiah

The Supreme Court on Monday reserved its judgement on a petition filed by retired Andhra Pradesh HC judge Justice V. Eswaraiah against the High Court order to investigate private phone conversation between him and suspended AP District Munsif Magistrate.

While the petitioner, Justice Eshwaraiah, wanted the high court’s order stayed, Justice Bhushan asked the petitioner’s advocate, Prashant Bhushan, to file an affidavit where it has to be admitted that the conversation did take place and should also mention what needs to change.
