The Allahabad High Court has dismissed the petition filed for the protection of Mukhtar Ansari's sons, Umar Ansari and Abbas Ansari.

Allahabad High Court while hearing a Habeas Corpus Petition filed by Minor girl through mother directed the Lucknow Police Commissioner, DGP of UP to take appropriate steps for recovery of the detenue from the illegal detention and to produce her before the Court.
