Sunil Kumar Jain who is a biology teacher filed the Petition in Madhya Pradesh High Court challenging his transfer order by which he was transferred from Government High School Kishangarh Block/Tehsil Bijawar to Government High School Niwar Block/Tehsil Bamhori, District Chhatarpur (MP).

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has disposed of a petition filed by a Hindu girl, seeking police protection to her Muslim friend, while stating that neither her friend, nor his family, has asked for the same.

A division bench of Justice Prakash Shrivastava and Justice Vishal Dhagat having heard the Counsel for the petitioner and on the perusal of the record noted that the initial date fixed for the CLAT Examination and submission of form for the same has been relaxed from time to time by the respondent.
