Karnataka Land Revenue Act

On perusal of the record, the Karnataka High Court division bench noted that the grievance of the petitioners is that the lands in question have been reserved under the provisions of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 as gomal land therefore, the same cannot be granted in favour of private respondents.

The Karnataka High Court division bench was informed by the Karnataka Government that it has initiated steps for providing video conference hearing facilities to quasi-judicial authorities in the State.
