Calcutta High Court while disposing of a PIL filed by one Sandip Modak directed the Additional District Magistrate, Hooghly and District Land & Land Reforms Officer (DL&LRO), Hooghly to decide the representation of the petitioner on the issue of grant of patta in favour of the private respondent.
