The Chhattisgarh High Court on Wednesday adjourned a hearing of a PIL seeking the running of local trains in the state and on the issue of charging double fare in the name of a special train in the coronavirus period.

Mumbai (ILNS): The Maharashtra government has informed the Bombay High Court that it was in favour of allowing all lawyers to use the local train services for their commute to courts, offices, and back home.

The Bombay High Court on Friday confirmed that on an experimental basis lawyers from the Metropolitan Region of Mumbai may be permitted to use local trains from Mumbai for a week.
