Maternity Benefit Act 1961

The Supreme Court on Thursday has agreed to consider an appeal filed by a woman challenging the High Court order which had turned down her appeal seeking maternity leave as her newborn biological child, not her first child as she is having two surviving children (stepchildren) from her second marriage.
