The Delhi High Court today rejected a review petition of an order that dismissed a PIL challenging the water and power subsidies by the Delhi government.

A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court, challenging the salary deductions being faced by teachers and other staff members of some private schools in the NCT of Delhi amid the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.

A petition has been filed before the Supreme Court by lawyers Dr Balram Singh and Karunesh Kumar Shukla and social worker Pravesh Kumar asking for the removal of the words "Socialist" and "Secular" from the Preamble Constitution.

The Supreme Court today (July 17) refused to entertain a public interest petition seeking uniform education with common syllabus and curriculum for all children aged between 6-14 years, across the country.
