Allahabad High Court dismisses application filed under Section 482, says that if an application filed under Section 156(3) CrPC has been rejected or converted into a complaint, the aggrieved party can prefer revision under Section 397 CrPC

Allahabad High Court while granting liberty to the petitioner victim lawyers to file an application in the lower court for registration of an FIR against the policemen involved in the case said that during the hearing on the application, only the advocates of the petitioners will go to the courtroom.
