Sections 498-A

A single-judge bench of Allahabad High Court while hearing a Criminal Appeal filed by Jagveer Singh Alias Bantu held that separating wife from his own life could not be a reason which could come under the category of the abetment.

The court commented that those making forged mark sheets are not only harming the education system but are also paralyzing the fabric of society and also attacking the roots of the education system.
