Supreme Court orders

As coal blocks start being auctioned in Jharkhand, the Supreme Court has ordered that all these and any subsequent order of license, lease, etc shall be provisional for now, subject to final orders of the court.

Appeal says that it was a lack of any proper legal framework and the non-implementation of past SC orders that has led to this situation.
