unnatural sex and murder

Piyush, the accused, is charged with hatching a conspiracy to kill Pramod alias Kamlakar with others. The accused is said to have had unnatural sex with Pramod as per a witness who has recorded this in his statement. The Madhya Pradesh High Court denied bail to Piyush. He has now moved the Supreme Court.

The Allahabad High Court dismissed the criminal appeal against the sentence of life imprisonment of a man accused of unnatural sex and murder of an 11-year-old girl in Kanpur. The court observed that there is sufficient evidence against the accused for the charge of murder.
