Poet and activist Varavara Rao, an accused in Bhima-Koregaon case, was discharged from Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai on Saturday.

"We feel that with the condition of the under trial, it would be inappropriate to send him back (to jail). It would be appropriate to impose such conditions," the Bombay HC bench said.
