Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) Raipur’s graduating batch of 2020 has released campus recruitment figures for the 50 students (out of a batch of 150) who took part in the official campus placement activities.

Supreme Court upholds conviction of 2, asks them to undergo remainder of sentence

Two men, Achhar Singh and Budhi Singh, had challenged their conviction by the Himachal Pradesh High Court. One had been sentenced to five years rigorous imprisonment and the other to undergo life imprisonment, plus a fine. The High Court had overturned their acquittal by the trial court.
