New Delhi (ILNS): The Allahabad High Court has ordered the release on bail of gangster Ramdayal of Sitapur, caught dealing in illegal country liquor, on a Rs 25,000 bond.
The money is to be deposited in the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for Covid-19 and the receipt has to be deposited in the subordinate court. The bail takes effect after this, ordered Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh.
Four cases have been registered against the petitioner at Atria Police station in Sitapur, caught with illegal country liquor. Based on these four cases, action has also been taken against him under the Gangster Act.
The Petitioner says that he has got bail in all the four cases. The Court has ordered bail in view of the facts and circumstances of the case. Apart from this, other conditions have also been imposed.
