The Supreme Court bench headed by Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari & Aniruddha Bose dismissed the plea against the Delhi HC order which had dismissed the plea seeking to halt the construction of “Central Vista Redevelopment Project” and had imposed a cost of One lakh on petitioners.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday decided to hear a petition against the ongoing Central Vista construction amid Covid 19 tomorrow. The hearing today was held before the bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh.
The Supreme Court on Friday has said “We are not inclined to enter into the merits of the case” while hearing the appeal seeking a stay on the construction work at “Central Vista Redevelopment Project” during the Covid-19 pandemic.
