A Single-Judge bench of Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva has asked the counsel appearing for the respondent GNCTD to take a decision preferably within six weeks.
The direction to file affidavit was passed during the hearing of a suo motu petition started by the Delhi High Court on its own motion to include judicial staff, advocates & judges as frontline workers.
