Summons have been issued against BJP Delhi President Adesh Gupta, BJP MLA Badarpur Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, BJP MLA Rohini Vijendra Gupta, and BJP Delhi Media Relations Harish Khurana for the offence of defamation of the Delhi Jal Board as an institution as well as its Vice-Chairman Raghav Chadha.
