The Delhi High Court on Tuesday reserved its order on the petition filed by social media giants Facebook and WhatsApp challenging the Competition Commission of India (CCI) order directing investigation against the two over the new privacy policy of the messaging application.

A joint committee of Parliament on the issue of protection of data and its privacy has issued summons to social media giants like Facebook and Twitter.
