The Calcutta High Court granted interim bail to all four TMC leaders in Narada scam case. The court said, the press will not give me a statement on pending litigation leaders and instructed to fill a private bond of two lakh rupees interim bail.

The PIL has been filed by Sushil’s mother Kamla Devi and Shrikant Prasad, a student of law at Delhi University.

The plea also wants media to not disclose statements of witnesses and all information related to the case. The plea says that only the investigation agency has that power.
