Video: Supreme Court asks petitioners to make their case in same-sex marriage petitions

Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud said the Bench will see if same sex marriage can be read into the definitions in the Special Marriage Act or not.

A Surat sessions court rejected Rahul Gandhi’s appeal against his conviction in the Modi surname case. 

The Supreme Court has directed the Centre to give ration cards to migrant workers within 3 months. All workers registered on the e-labour portal will get cards.

The Supreme Court stayed and ordered the immediate release of the Uttar Pradesh Finance Secretary and the Special Finance Secretary, who had been taken into custody as ordered by the Allahabad High Court.
