Video: Supreme Court tells Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia to approach High Court for relief first

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia had approached the Supreme Court after his arrest on Sunday, February 26. He had sought relief from the Supreme Court. 

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the Supreme Court that the Punjab Governor will summon the Punjab Vidhan Sabha for the budget session following the AAP government moving the Court over the Governor’s refusal to call for the budget session. CJI DY Chandrachud advised collective responsibility instead of the turf war. 

A Rouse Avenue court has issued summons to Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Misa including 13 accused in the land scam case in exchange for  job. The CBI has already filed the chargesheet in October.
