BJP MP Subramanian Swamy has presented a PIL at the Delhi High Court, seeking a time-bound court-monitored multi-disciplinary probe into the death of Sunanda Pushkar, the wife of Congress leader Shashi Tharoor.

At the last hearing the DCP South District and SHO Kotla Mubarak Pur investigating officer, were present as well as their counsel Rajesh Mahajan and Rahul Mehra. The court had ordered Delhi Police to submit the status report in Sunanda Pushkar case.

On Thursday (July 20) the Delhi Police standing counsel was present in court, along with counsel Tushar Sannu have requested some more time to file the status report as ordered by the Court. The court has allowed three more days for the status report.
