The Delhi High Court bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli on Wednesday issued notice to all people held for black marketing Covid-related life saving drugs and equipment, including oxygen concentrators and such.
The bench ordered that all those accused of crimes will be present at the respective police stations (where they are being held) on May 19.
Justice Sanghi went through the list of offenders and asked for relevant details. The bench decided that all offence from and after May 4 will be taken up by the court on that date. All these cases, said the bench, has been classified as black marketing.
