A vacation bench of Justices Indira Banerjee and Sanjiv Khanna posted the bail plea of BJP youth wing worker Priyanka Sharma who had shared a morphed picture of WB Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday.

Sharma was arrested by the Dasnagar police station in Howrah district, West Bengal on May 10 for allegedly sharing morphed picture of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on social media after a complaint was lodged.

Sharma had allegedly used Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ image at the Met gala for making meme of Banerjee.
