Advocate Ajayinder Sangwan, member of the Bar Council of Delhi, had appealed before the Supreme Court bench of Justices Adarsh Kumar Goel and Ashok Bhushan regarding certificates of verification for advocates.

At its last hearing the court read the status reports submitted by most state bar councils who stated their difficulty in concluding the verification on time.

Today the counsel for the Delhi bar Council (respondents) said he has no objection. He said the other party has to be heard and proper directions to be issued.

It was ordered that the issue has to be resolved within two 2 months.
