The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has stayed an interim order of a Single-Bench, stating that no fresh appointments shall be made of Law Officers, except the Advocate General.
Central government said advocates with 10 years experience can be appointed as Tribunal members while amending the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities Rules, 2020.
