The Delhi High Court on Saturday decided to hear the Delhi Nurses Union plea seeking release of salary since October 2020 for the protection of the legal rights

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has introduced a draft National Policy for Rare Diseases 2020 on the direction of the Delhi High Court in response to a plea filed seeking free treatment of rare diseases.

Earlier, the High Court had directed the Directorate of Estates to pay arrears of rent to the plaintiffs at Rs 20,500 per month i.e. the last paid rent for the period of possession from 01.05.1999 to 02.07.2020.

The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice on a public interest litigation for the release of undertrial prisoners who have undergone custody for more than half their maximum sentence for crimes they are being tried for, by implementing Section 436A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).

The Delhi Government on Sunday has informed that Delhi High Court that it has accepted the proposal of De-escalation committee and reduced the reservation of Covid-19 intensive care unit (ICU) beds from 80% to 60% in 33 private hospitals.
