A local court directed the Varanasi District Magistrate on Monday to ban the entry of any person in the area of the Gyanvapi mosque complex, where a Shivaling was found during the videography survey of the area, which was ordered on April 26 by the same court.

The Supreme Court on Monday decided to hear the petition filed by Anjuman Masjid Committee against the Varanasi Court's order, directing survey of Gyanvapi mosque tomorrow.
