The Bombay High Court on Monday granted four weeks time to Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut to apply for regularisation of portions on her residential property at Khar
A plea has been filed in Bombay High Court seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut for allegedly breaching a statement recorded in court.
The Bombay High Court on Monday extended the interim relief of no coercive action against actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel till January 25.; The High Court also directed the city police not to summon the duo for questioning till then.
A criminal defamation case has been filed against actress Kangana Ranaut who recently tweeted the picture of Bilkis Bano commonly known as 'Shaheen Bagh Dadi'
The observation was made by a bench comprising Justices SS Shinde and MS Karnik on a petition filed by Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh seeking a direction to block the actor’s Twitter account.
According to the notice, Ranaut’s tweet indicated that one of the activists and an old woman Daadi, is available for a paltry sum of Rupees 100 per day thereby implying that the said farmers agitation is a motivated, paid and sponsored protest.
The Bombay High Court today quashed the order issued by the by BMC on September 9 in the demolition of the office of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut in Mumbai. The court said that the action of BMC has been done with malicious attitude.
