Oxygen Plants

The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed both the Central government and the Delhi government to file a report by May 27 on the installation of PSA Plants for oxygen generation.

The plea has also asked for mandatory directions to hospitals for arrangement of oxygen tankers, uninterrupted oxygen supply points, oxygen ambulances.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday will hear the plea seeking directions to Lieutenant Governor and GNCTD to frame guidelines for hospitals to create “Oxygen Master Plan” including mandatory directions to hospitals to have their own Oxygen Plants, arrangement of Oxygen tankers, etc.
