The Allahabad High Court has allowed an appeal filed against the order passed by Commercial Court, Lucknow whereby the petition filed by the appellant under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been dismissed for failure to pre-deposit the amount to the extent of 75% in terms of provisions of Section 19 of the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.
