The full bench of Calcutta High Court has extended the interim orders till June 30 passed by the Court in the writ petition, reviving the suo moto case registered last year.

A full bench of Chief Justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, Justices Rajesh Bindal, I.P. Mukerji, Harish Tandon and Justice Subrata Talukdar passed this order while taking a suo moto Cognizance.

The order was passed in view of the recent covid surge and restricted functioning of the High Court as well as the Subordinate Courts in the West Bengal and UT of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
