The Bar Council of Delhi has arranged to facilitate supply of Oxygen cylinders for exclusive use by its members and their immediate families, who stay with them in the Delhi-NCR region.
The Council stated that the members will be required to furnish a copy of the COVID-19 Certificate, a copy of the enrolment number, and the proof of residence. They shall also be required to give undertaking for safe keep and return of the Oxygen Cylinder, including the required sanitization of the Oxygen cylinder at the time of collection and return.
The Bar Council has issued other stipulations for use:‐
(1) This service is totally free of cost for members enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and immediate families living with them at Delhi-NCR region.
(2) This facility is available from May 9, 2021, from 1100 hrs to 1700 hrs from the office of Bar Council of Delhi, situated at 2,6, Khel Gaon Marg, Siri Institutional Area, Siri Fort, New Delhi-110049.
(3) The Oxygen cylinder must be returned within three days for the optimal utilisation for members of the Bar.
The Council further stated that the Bar Council of Delhi is not liable for any claims with regard to the said facilitation as the same is only an emergent service to provide timely aid to members.
