The Delhi High Court has given 3 weeks time to all parties to file replies and will hear the case next on July 13.

The notice lays down rules for the nature of the apology. It says that the guru has to make a new video in which he will contradict all his previous allegations. He has to then circulate it on all the social media platforms where he had uploaded his earlier (original) disparaging videos.

New Delhi (ILNS): A lawyer’s notice has been sent to yoga guru Baba Ramdev and the Director of Elephant Rescue Center Churmura (Mathura) by advocates of Agra district for an act of cruelty against an elephant on which the Baba was trying a yoga posture.

The Supreme Court today declined to entertain a plea challenging the order of the Madras High Court’s division Bench which stayed the single bench’s order restraining Patanjali Ayurveda from using the trademark 'Coronil'.

The Patiala House Court yesterday (July 16) dismissed a plea seeking registration of an FIR against Baba Ramdev and the company Patanjali for allegedly making claims to cure COVID-19.

A plea has been filed in the Patiala House Court seeking directions register an FIR against Baba Ramdev and Patanjali under the Indian Penal Code, Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, and Drugs and Cosmetics Act for allegedly making claims to cure COVID 19.
