Justice Avneesh Jhingan passed the order, after perusing four medical reports submitted by the state of Haryana, pursuant to the Court’s earlier orders in the matter.

On February 19, the court had directed the SP, Sonipat Jail, to get Kumar examined at GMCH while his father Rajbir told the court that Kumar had been subjected to police torture.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Friday granted bail to Dalit labour activist Nodeep Kaur in an attempt to murder case. Kaur has been in Haryana Police custody since January 12, over a labour protest demanding higher wages which coincided with the ongoing farmers' agitation at Kundli border point.
