New Delhi (ILNS): The Delhi High Court today ruled that inmates who have been out of jail for the last several months on interim bail or parole in the Corona epidemic will have to go back to jail soon.

The Delhi High Court today took up the case of jail inmates misusing the court’s order of bail during Covid, granted on humanitarian grounds. The court also issued notice in an application seeking modification of its earlier order extending the interim bail of those prisoners till October 31.
